لأن الأنظمة التي تُشكّل عالمنا لم تَعُد تعمل بانسجام —
تعالج الأعراض بدلًا من معالجة الجذور.
تفصلنا عن الطبيعة، وعن بعضنا البعض، وعن أنفسنا.
وتترك شبابنا غير مستعدين، ومجتمعاتنا مفككة، وبيئتنا في حالة أزمة.

We live in a world facing deep, interconnected crises—climate breakdown, social injustice, mental health decline, and educational systems that are outdated and disconnected from real-world challenges. Most solutions only treat symptoms, ignoring the root causes:
a broken relationship between humans, nature, and systems.
نحن نعيش في عالم يواجه أزمات عميقة ومترابطة — من انهيار المناخ، إلى الظلم الاجتماعي، وتدهور الصحة النفسية، وأنظمة تعليمية قديمة ومنفصلة عن التحديات الحقيقية. معظم الحلول تعالج الأعراض فقط، وتتجاهل الأسباب الجذرية:
العلاقة المختلّة بين الإنسان، والطبيعة، والأنظمة.
That’s why Sangha was founded in 2021 as a regenerative innovation hub—to address the root causes of today’s most urgent social and environmental challenges. We go beyond quick fixes, offering contextual, creative, and holistic solutions that are grounded in inner transformation, ecological wisdom, and cultural relevance.
لهذا السبب تأسست سانقا في عام 2021 كمركز ابتكار تجديدي — لمعالجة الأسباب الجذرية لأهم التحديات الاجتماعية والبيئية التي نواجها اليوم.نحن لا نبحث عن حلول سريعة، بل نقدّم حلولًا شاملة، إبداعية، وسياقية، تنبع من التحوّل الداخلي، والحكمة البيئية، والارتباط الثقافي.
OUR SOLUTION - حلّنا
Sangha is a regenerative innovation hub that designs and delivers radical, creative, and context-driven solutions to these root causes. We integrate inner transformation, cultural relevance, and ecological systems thinking to grow resilient leaders, healing communities, and regenerative ecosystems. From inner wellbeing programs in schools to community gardens and creative labs, we plant the seeds of change—where people, place, and purpose come back into harmony.
سانقا هي منصة ابتكار تجديدي تُصمّم وتنفّذ حلولًا جذرية، إبداعية، وسياقية لمعالجة هذه الأسباب من جذورها. نُدمج التحوّل الداخلي، والارتباط الثقافي، وفكر النُظم البيئية لنُنمّي قادة قادرين على الصمود، ومجتمعات متعافية، ونُظم بيئية متجددة. من برامج النمو الداخلي في المدارس، إلى الحدائق المجتمعية والمختبرات الإبداعية —نزرع بذور التغيير، حيث يعود الانسجام بين الإنسان، والمكان، والغاية.

The challenges of our time are deeply interconnected — ecological degradation, rising inequalities, and widening wellbeing gaps are not separate problems but reflections of the same imbalance. Our current models of growth, education, and development are no longer sufficient; they treat symptoms while leaving the root causes untouched.
Sangha exists to offer a different path. We begin with the human being — nurturing awareness, resilience, and connection — and extend outward to reimagine how our systems interact with society and the natural world. By combining inner transformation with systemic change, we create the conditions for communities to flourish in ways that are regenerative, inclusive, and future-ready.
We believe this integrated approach is not only urgent, but essential if Saudi Arabia — and the world — is to realize a future where prosperity, wellbeing, and ecological balance are one and the same.
إن التحديات التي نواجهها اليوم مترابطة بعمق؛ فالتدهور البيئي، وتفاقم أوجه عدم المساواة، واتساع فجوات الازدهار الإنساني ليست قضايا منفصلة، بل انعكاس لاختلال واحد في منظومتنا المشتركة. ولم تعد النماذج التقليدية للنمو والتعليم والتنمية كافية، فهي تعالج الأعراض بينما تُهمل جذور المشكلة.
تسعى سانقا إلى تقديم مسار مختلف. ننطلق من الإنسان أولاً، عبر تنمية الوعي والمرونة والارتباط، ثم نمتد نحو إعادة تخيّل العلاقة بين أنظمتنا والمجتمع والطبيعة. ومن خلال الجمع بين التحول الداخلي والتغيير البنيوي، نُهيِّئ الظروف التي تُمكّن المجتمعات من الازدهار بطريقة تجديدية، شاملة، ومستعدة للمستقبل.
ونحن نؤمن أن هذا النهج المتكامل ليس خياراً عاجلاً فحسب، بل ضرورة أساسية إذا ما أرادت المملكة العربية السعودية – والعالم أجمع – بلوغ مستقبل تتوحد فيه الازدهار والازدهار الإنساني والتوازن البيئي في منظومة واحدة.
